Basella alba (Ceylon Spinach)

See how the Ceylon Spinach has taken over part of the CG fence. I know the Bangladesh worker who cleans the area always cut the leaves for a meal. I asked him once how does he eat the leaves and he told me he cooks a curry with it :-)
