I have grown the same honeydew vine at home inside flowerpot since Jan 2009.I sprayed it with homemade seaweed emulsion twice a week and place the flowerpot inside a shaded area. It still have not flowered. I would like to ask have the honeydew plant inside your CG have produce any fruit? Thank you in advance for answering my question.
Hi LilyGinger There were about three vines in this trellis.This lot of vines had already produced about 3-4 tiny sized honeydews. My neighbour grew this in full sun and it was fertilized with chix dung about once a week. At this moment the vines had already gone to plant heaven.The fruits were only faintly sweet.
